    • Valid MN Department of Education license in the areas of teaching, counseling, social work, or related area(s).
    • Ideal candidates:
      • should have experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated strategies that support diverse learners,
      • have the ability to build positive working relationships with students, parents/guardians, and staff,
      • able to adapt and collaborate effectively in teacher coaching and co-teaching settings,
      • are proficient with current technology used to support communication, academics, and student progress monitoring, and
      • have experience in a student support role.

      Compensation Range: $48,949- $115,588 (Depending on Education and Experience)

      Position Description:
      Candidates selected to fill the role of Achievement Specialist at Wayzata High School will work directly with students, parents/guardians, and staff to improve student achievement by providing research-based instruction, intervention, and strategies to enhance academic success for students. A Wayzata High School Achievement Specialist:

      • provides academic support through data-driven interventions, culturally responsive strategies, and mentorship,
      • analyzes standardized test scores to address achievement gaps and guide instructional decisions,
