      Your role

      UBS Financial Services is looking to hire a Wealth Management Analyst to work as a portfolio manager with a large advisory team in our Cincinnati Market. This salaried position will play an important role managing the team’s equity and fixed income investment portfolios and generating its strategic view of the markets in collaboration with other members of the portfolio management team and its investment committee. Responsibilities include ongoing research and analysis of existing and potential portfolio holdings, executing equity and fixed income trades across all accounts, providing regular market, economic and portfolio updates to the investment committee, and importantly collaborating with the investment committee to establish the strategic direction for the investments making up its book. While this is not primarily a client-facing role, it will involve participation in client/prospect meetings on an occasional basis.

      Excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for collaborating with other team members and clients are critical to the success of the position.

      Your team

      You will be working with a large team in Cincinnati, Ohio that services over 250 households with approximately $1 billion assets under management.

      Your expertise

      • Ideally 5 years of professional experience in investment management as a portfolio manager or equity / fixed income analyst
      • CFA charter holder (or demonstrated commitment to achieving) and/or MBA strongly preferred
      • Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
      • Knowledge of fundamental equity and fixed income research methodologies; Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively on a team.
      • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, required
      • The ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations and deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail
      • Series 7 and 66 licenses.
