      Our Summer Internship Program is designed to help apply your classroom knowledge to meaningful work experiences in a professional financial services environment. Throughout the 10-week program, you will work closely with colleagues to meet the business objectives and priorities defined by your specific line of business. Personal and professional development opportunities include an assigned mentor, exposure to executive leaders, collaboration with peers on a group project, and the option to participate in a community service project.

      The program runs mid-June through mid-August.

      Key Accountabilities

      The Wealth Management Equity Analyst Intern may have the following tasks or projects:

      • Create reports for managers based on equity research
      • Learn about strategic stock-picking process and analyze its features
      • Quantitatively filter the investable universe to identify attractive opportunities for potential investment
      • Qualitatively assess best ideas to determine portfolio inclusion viability beyond quantitative measures
      • Participate in earnings calls and present ideas to others in the department

      Qualifications and Education Requirements

      • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance
      • Preference for rising Senior standing at the time of internship
      • Previous financial internships preferred
      • Passionate about investment industry
      • Familiarity with Bloomberg and/or FactSet
      • Demonstrated academic excellence
      • Self-starter with involvement in extra-curricular, community or university sponsored organizations
      • Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly and handle unexpected challenges with maturity and professionalism
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong presentation skills
      • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Proficient with MS Office
      • Driven and motivated with demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability

      All of these duties will be completed with the proper level of supervision. It is important to note that the bank operates under a high level of security/confidentiality for its customers and all financial information observed and discussed in meetings is to be kept confidential.
