      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with an Associate Regional Director to execute the sales plan and drive business results in the designated territory
      - Conduct coaching programs and virtual training sessions for advisors to enhance their financial planning skills
      - Understand and implement the full suite of Wealth Management and Insurance products for clients
      - Report on sales progress to ensure targets are met and provide ongoing support to advisors
      - Facilitate beginner and intermediate virtual training series for new and high-potential advisors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in financial services
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry
      - At least 2 years’ experience in financial advising, internal wholesaling, or retail financial services/operations
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience with fee-based management
      - Must be located in the Mid-West states of ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, MS, AK, WI, IL, MI, OH, IN, KY, TN, WV

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Series 7 license at the time of application
      - Series 63 + 65 or 66 at the time of application or must obtain within 180 days
      - 2+ years of experience in financial planning or financial advising
      - Industry designations such as CFP, CLU, or CHFC, or currently in progress
      - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
