      The Wealth Management Support Specialist d elivers exceptional operational and client servicing support to internal colleagues on behalf of Trust, Investment, Estate, and Family Office clients. Works collaboratively with internal partners and other operational teams to execute daily operational activities of existing client accounts.

      Responsibilities :

      • Provides high quality service to Trust & Estate clients to deliver an exceptional client experience. Provides support for various aspects of Trust & Estate account management and administration to ensure compliance.

      • Provides support to Front Office personnel through transaction processing and performing account maintenance while balancing both the customer and the bank's needs.

      • Identifies areas of improvement to support overall client experiences.

      • Identifies possible trends and barriers to defining a great customer experience and escalates these opportunities for improvement

      • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase departments’ performance such as process improvement, complaint investigation, etc.

      • Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of processed performed within WMSS Specialists team.

      • Builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

      • Identifies and escalates all irregularities and discrepancies to management.

      • Follows through on the risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers’ assets, maintain their privacy, act in their best interests, and ensures an effectively run function.

      • Protects the Bank's assets and complies with all regulatory, legal and ethical requirements.

      Qualifications:

      • 0-2 years’ experience working in an operational or central processing team environment

      • Post-secondary education in related field of study

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

      • Knowledge of Trust or fiduciary a plus

      • Verbal & written communication skills

      Compensation and Benefits:

      $44,000.00 - $82,000.00

      Pay Type:

      Salaried

      The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.

      Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

      BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
