      Are you passionate about golf? And about using data, finding insights, and trying to explain why things are what they are? If so, read on.

      As part of the advanced analytics team, the Web Analyst will be a key player on an innovative team that develops and provides actionable insights across the organization. This role will work closely with our Direct to Consumer team to provide in depth statistical analysis of the site, channel and consumer behavior from multiple online and offline data sources (including Google Analytics and Salesforce CDP) to identify meaningful consumer and channel insights.

      Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

      • Dive deep into Google Analytics data to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and anomalies. Translate complex data sets into clear and concise insights that inform business strategies.
      • Define and understand user personas and their journeys through the site to support experience personalization.
      • Develop customized reports and dashboards tailored to different stakeholders' needs, providing them with real-time performance metrics, user engagement data, conversion rates, and more.
      • Provide consumer acquisition analysis to help optimize paid spend.
      • Identify areas of improvement in the conversion funnel, pinpointing drop-off points and suggesting optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive higher conversions.
      • Deliver both ad-hoc insights as well as standard reports and visualizations.
      • Acquisition channel analysis and partnership analysis to help optimize paid spend.
      • Collaborate with teams to develop hypotheses and support A/B or multivariate test to improve website effectiveness.
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Analytics features, tools, and best practices. Propose innovative ways to leverage new capabilities to improve data analysis and reporting.
      • Handle data requests from cross functional teams.
      • Performs other related responsibilities as assigned

      Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

      • Strong communications skills: both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
      • Experience using Google Analytics (and Google Tag Manager), setting up goals, funnels, custom reports and segments.
      • Strong analytics skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
      • Experience in coding language, such as R or Python.
      • Meticulous attention to detail and proactive nature.
      • Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks is required.

      Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

      • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
      • 1+ year experience with Google Analytics

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

      • Normal office conditions.
      • Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
      • Occasional travel required.
      • Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
      • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.

      TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 . Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
