- Monitor real-time and historical web analytics to detect anomalies, drop-offs, or performance issues in the ordering flow.
- Monitor existing dashboards and alerts and look for gaps in the user flow or any errors that might be occurring.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and customer support teams to investigate and resolve site issues.
- Analyze customer behavior and conversion funnels to identify friction points and recommend UX improvements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order completion rates, bounce rates, task completions, and sms/email notification delivery success.
- Benchmark performance against other ordering portals and industry standards.
- Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Ensure tagging and tracking implementations are accurate and up to date
- Reviews accessibility guidelines so that the website is compliant with WCAG 2.0+ standards.
- Create various documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams and charts to assist with understanding the expectations vs the actual usage and performance of the site.
- Updates job knowledge by studying current website monitoring tools, usage trends and techniques; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Adhere at all times to physical, administrative and technical safeguards related to core business when executing job functions
- 3+ years of experience in web analytics, digital product analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium).
- Experience monitoring e-commerce or ordering platforms and understanding of typical customer journeys.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and browser developer tools for debugging tracking issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Background in UX research or usability testing is a plus.
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, HIPPA/HITRUST and secure coding practices is a plus.

Primary Function:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Analyst to join our team to monitor and analyze our various public-facing websites that enable patients and prescribers to place orders, check status, and interact with the site to complete other tasks and activities. These platforms includes real-time email and SMS notifications and is a critical touchpoint for our customers. The Web Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a seamless user experience by monitoring site activity, identifying and resolving issues, and providing actionable insights to improve performance and reliability.
