  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Optimize website content for conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO)
  - Develop and execute the employer's generative engine optimization strategy, ensuring prominent visibility in generative AI search results
  - Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring accuracy and user engagement
  - Oversee project management tasks related to content creation and distribution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  - Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  - Minimum of 3 years of experience in web management, social media, or digital marketing
  - Proven experience with content management systems (preferably WordPress)
  - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with A/B testing and other conversion optimization methodologies
  - Experience with multilingual content management and localization
  - Basic design skills with familiarity in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  - Experience in communications within a dynamic, knowledge-based environment
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and storytelling
