  Job Responsibilities:

  - Familiar with local French skin care brands, cosmeceuticals, etc., keen on overseas shopping, Familiar with major beauty & fashion e-commerce platforms such as Lookfantastic, The Outnet 24S, Mytheresa, Luisaviaroma, SSENSE. Demonstrates a strong fashion sense and excels at identifying trending items and discounts.

  -Analyze merchants' promotional strategies, be well-versed in product evaluations, fashion styling, beauty product recommendations, identifying selling points, and understanding star products.

  -Strategize and promote products by incorporating trending keywords, hot topics, and the latest beauty & fashion trends.

  -Responsible for daily posts and updates on merchant's Weibo, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.

  -Coordinate and integrate merchant-related content, including images, videos, and innovative information collection and content editing.

  -Work closely with the team, understand product selection logic, conduct data reviews, and achieve operational goals.

  Job Requirements:

  - Candidates with a background in fashion studies are preferred.

  - Candidates who can speak French or have experience studying and living in France/Europe are preferred.

  -1 year or more of work experience, with preference given to those with experience in new media operations, e-commerce, marketing, or relevant beauty or fashion editing experience. Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  -Passionate about uncovering beauty & fashion deals, staying informed about new product launches, and familiar with fashion merchants’ discounts.

  -Regularly follows fashion & beauty influencers on platforms like Xiaohongshu, live streaming, Weibo, etc., and has a good understanding of current popular anchors or bloggers. Proficient in using platforms such as Weibo, WeChat, Xiaohongshu for activities.

  -Proficient in basic graphic design software like Canva.

  -Outgoing and lively personality, skilled in communication, strong writing skills, and responsible towards work.

  -Familiarity with website operations and data analysis.

  -Possess good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility.

  -This position is offered under a T4 Employment Contract, valid until the end of 2025. The contract will be reviewed annually to ensure alignment with company goals and performance expectations.

  -This position mainly requires working 16 hours per week (will often need to work on Saturday or Sunday) . The work schedule can be arranged flexibly based on the candidate’s availability and must be recorded in the timesheet. The role is fully remote in Ontario.

  -分析商家促销手段，对产品测评、时尚穿搭、美妆产品种草、卖点挖掘、明星产品了如指掌；

  -能结合当下新词、热点或新的流行趋势对商品进行策划和推广；

  -负责商家微博、朋友圈、小红书等的日常推送与更新；

  -负责整合商家相关内容，图片，视频等资源，以及信息采集创新和内容编辑等工作

  -与团队紧密合作，对选品逻辑、数据复盘等有一些的了解，进而达成运营目标。

  -此职位为 提供T4 雇佣固定期限合同，岗位雇佣结束日到 2025 年年底。公司计划每个自然年对此岗位的需求进行回顾，以确保符合公司的目标和绩效期望。

  -此职位需要每周工作 16 小时，工作时间会经常安排在周六或周日上班。工作时间可以根据候选人的灵活性安排并填写工时表，并安排在安省远程办公

  任职要求：

  -美妆时尚相关专业优先录用；

  -会法语或者有法国/欧洲留学生活经历者优先；

  -工作经验1年或以上，有新媒体运营、电商经验、市场经验，或者有相关美妆或时尚编辑经验者优先考虑。应届毕业生或工作经验不满一年的候选人将择优录用。

  -热爱薅羊毛，对新品资讯了如指掌，对本地商家积分折扣政策十分了解，热爱找折扣；

  -欢迎经常刷小红书、直播、微博等美妆种草博主，对当前热门的主播或博主十分了解的候选人申请。

  -会操作简单的Canva等作图软件；

  -性格开朗活泼，善于沟通，文字功底强，对工作有责任心。

  -熟悉网站运营和分析数据；

  -具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心强。
