What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and curate compelling content for various channels including presentations, blogs, and website copy
- Conduct research and interviews to gather information for content development
- Provide design and production assets for presentations, websites, and social media
- Track project requests and publish content through project management systems
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and address communication needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of editorial and content creation experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Documents, Sheets, and Slides
- Familiarity with content management tracking and distribution systems
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare and knowledge of current healthcare issues
- Familiarity with value-based care models (e.g., ACOs, PCMH)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience influencing and interacting with various levels of an organization
- Background in working with remote and distributed teams
