- Design visually stunning assets for websites, marketing campaigns, events, and brand communications.
- Translate business goals into creative concepts that resonate across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketers, developers, and other creatives from concept through execution.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Support content management and visual quality on marketing websites.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and UX best practices.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing your creative range across web and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with content management systems (especially Drupal).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design and SEO-informed design choices.
- A degree in design or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong eye for detail and love for clean, modern aesthetics.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A strategic mindset — able to connect creative work to broader brand and business goals.
