- Design and develop new websites and digital assets or update and enhance existing ones to improve functionality and appearance.
- Create visually engaging briefings, posters, infographics, newsletters, and other multimedia products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication goals and translate them into effective visual and web-based products.
- Ensure all designs adhere to branding and accessibility standards.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring content accuracy and optimal user experience.
- Use standard graphic design and web development tools to produce high-quality content.
- Troubleshoot design or technical issues related to multimedia or web platforms.
- Provide recommendations on creative strategy and new tools or technologies to enhance communications.
- TS/SCI with Poly required.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Web Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in web design/development or multimedia production.
- Proficiency in standard graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with web development languages and platforms such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
