  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with the project team to define website requirements, ensuring accessibility and compliance
  - Manage project timelines and milestones for design, development, testing, and deployment
  - Create and present website mockups, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
  - Build and implement a responsive, accessible website based on approved designs
  - Maintain the website post-launch, updating content as directed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  - Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in web development
  - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
  - Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  - Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) and third-party integrations
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with content management system (CMS) platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Contentful)
  - Knowledge of web performance optimization and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
  - Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python)
  - Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards
  - Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
