      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and participate in the design, development, and maintenance of websites and applications
      - Audit existing website content and collaborate with stakeholders to migrate necessary information
      - Transfer content to WordPress and ensure accurate URL mapping for SEO
      - Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure optimal user experience
      - Serve as the subject matter expert for website and application design, maintenance, and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience migrating websites from legacy CMS platforms to WordPress
      - Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom development
      - Solid understanding of SEO best practices related to site migrations
      - Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
      - Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with higher education, nonprofit, or government websites
      - Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 compliance
      - Design skills or the ability to replicate/update existing visual identity
      - Bachelor's degree in information technology or three years of relevant experience
