What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Web Service Product Owner, managing web services, process improvement, and strategy across business units
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for web processes, platforms, and development vendor management
- Develop and maintain a Digital Asset Inventory, guiding the lifecycle of digital assets from ideation to deployment
- Roll out standard processes and practices related to web tools and services for all stakeholders
- Research and sustain expertise on current web trends and technologies to enhance the organization's web presence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; advanced degree in technology or business management preferred
- 5+ years of related experience within the bio/pharma sector or a heavily regulated industry
- Strong understanding of modern web development methodologies and processes
- 3+ years of experience with Content Management Systems such as Drupal, WordPress, or Site Core
- Proficient experience with Google Analytics, tag management, and digital asset management platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Veeva Vault and integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with A/B testing and web personalization strategies
- Understanding of SEO/SEM and social media best practices
- Working knowledge of LEAN/AGILE software development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across a matrixed organization
