      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of distributed, multi-tier software applications
      - Manage deliverables from conception through deployment, including setting up environments and documenting technical details
      - Integrate third-party databases, libraries, and technologies, including Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring effective communication between marketing and IT teams
      - Collaborate with team members and business users to ensure project success and meet organizational goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, or mathematics
      - At least 10 years of technical, analytical, systems, and programming experience
      - Strong understanding of J2EE (Java, JSP, JDBC, and frameworks) and web development technologies
      - Proficiency with web infrastructure, including web servers and application servers
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree and 2 years of lead experience
      - Familiarity with Digital Marketing techniques and social media integrations
      - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and OpenShift
      - Knowledge of content management and online payment technologies
      - Ability to articulate both marketing and IT needs/issues effectively
