      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Med. Academy Content Management/Learning Management Systems
      - Ensure website availability and security for internal and external users
      - Develop and communicate website usage and security policies and procedures
      - Provide technical assistance and training to users on the platform
      - Generate reports on learner engagement and provide insights to improve learning outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
      - Strong technical skills in content management and learning management systems
      - Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
      - Experience in user support and training
      - Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing educational content and managing learning programs
      - Knowledge of new technologies related to learning management systems
      - Background in project management or cross-functional collaboration
      - Familiarity with security policies related to digital platforms
