Job Description
- Req#: 68333
- Support WebFOCUS Environment: Manage and maintain WebFOCUS in a LINUX environment, including patching and change management.
- Troubleshooting: Address performance issues, network connectivity, port availability, and more during live conference calls.
- Implementation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot WebFOCUS, update trouble tickets, and create change requests.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct deep dives and root cause analysis, perform system monitoring, and health checks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or 8 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in WebFOCUS Product Administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in installing and configuring WebFOCUS on Unix OS, providing optimization and troubleshooting support.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with technical teams and integrating with COTS products.
- Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.
- Education: Master's degree.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Flexible Schedule: Work in a 24x7x365 environment with some nights and weekends for production changes.
- Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely within specified time zones.
- Competitive Pay: Earn an annual salary of $145,600 with 11 paid Federal holidays, while contributing to a large IT infrastructure.
