Job Description

- Integrate and publish content (text, videos, photos or other) on digital platforms (website, intranet, email campaigns, digital signage, social media) according to the needs set out by the communications advisors and in close collaboration with the Manager, Digital Communications.
- Make recommendations on content integration based on user experience best practices.
- Control content quality in accordance with the editorial standards and policies and the brand image applicable to the various digital platforms.
- Evaluate ways to improve the information positioning and visual aspects of digital platforms.
- Monitor the digital platforms' KPIs on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and maintain statistical dashboards for digital communication campaigns, and identify trends/analyses that will help consultants adjust their communication strategies as needed.
- Create templates and integrate the text and visual content of internal emails into the management tool (Staffbase).
- Update the video playback schedule in the digital signage management tool (BrightAuthor).
- As needed, contribute to the production of digital communication tools (banners, images for social networks, pictograms, etc.) that meet existing graphic standards.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or multimedia, or any other combination of equivalent education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, supporting a Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or similar team
- Perfect command of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Web CMS (Django, an asset)
- Perfect command of the Google Analytics platform and Google Data Studio
- Good knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CC, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Good knowledge of social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Knowledge of web development, HTML and CSS, an asset
- Knowledge of Staffbase and BrightAuthor, an asset
- Ability to communicate with IT specialists and employees at all levels of the organization
- Organized, proactive, positive, good communicator and team player
- Good stress management and ability to deal with the imperatives of the position (deadlines, etc.)
- Thorough, efficient and involved in the initiation, deployment and completion of projects
- Bilingual (written and spoken)
