      The Digital Content Team sits within the Corporate Relations function and owns both the Group website and social media channels. As part of delivering a best-in-class website, there is a project to migrate all pages to the latest brand-aligned templates. You will take a lead role in delivering this high-profile project by using your extensive AEM experience to rebuild each section, utilising the new set of components now available for the site. Using your keen eye for web design, you will work directly with multiple stakeholders to design and deliver their content in the most engaging way possible. Your experience with project management will help you manage the rollout schedule, update on progress made, and ensure deadlines are met – raising any issues along the way.

      To be successful as a website content editor, you should have experience with

      • Extensive experience in AEM website authoring

      • Experience in management of complex DAM structures

      • Organised and ability to work independently and act on own initiative

      Purpose of the role

      To create engaging and impactful graphics and video content.

      Accountabilities

      • Design of graphics to be used in a range of digital and physical channels.
      • Management of filming and postproduction edit processes.

      • Consult on complex issues; providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
      • Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
