- Strategy Execution: Assist in the implementation of the website strategy, ensuring alignment with the audience needs and business goals.
- Content Management: Update and maintain website content using the content management system, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior, providing regular reports and insights to the Website Strategy Manager.
- UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to implement and test user-centric design changes.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate with IT and publishing teams to address and resolve any website issues or challenges.
- Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to continuously improve the website's functionality and content.
- Trend Monitoring: Research and stay updated on the latest digital and web trends, sharing insights with the larger team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, business, or a related field.
- Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in website management, digital strategy, or a related role.
- Proficiency in content management systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools. Adobe analytics experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and while keeping priorities in mind.
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: 2 to 3 days in office weekly
Description
The Website Strategy Manager will be responsible for overseeing portions of public website activities and strategic roadmap for Citizens public website. This position will play an integral role in building out the roadmap for a portfolio of products and non-products for Citizens public Website.
The Website Strategy Manger will collaborate directly with members of the Digital Sales team, User Experience (UX), Development, and business stakeholders to deliver best in class website solutions. In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the public website and driving potential customers through the Awareness, Interest, Decision, and Action (AIDA) model. This role requires an agile mindset and the ability to foster a dynamic, entrepreneurial, passionate environment. The focus of this role is continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities and what’s next via a data informed model, so the ability to manage, analyze, and interpret site traffic is a critical for this role.
