- Lead Sales Efforts: Actively promote and sell wedding packages to potential clients, showcasing the unique features of our venue and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with engaged couples, event planners, and vendors, guiding them through the entire planning process.
- Event Planning Collaboration: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure the seamless execution of wedding events, from concept to completion.
- Customized Proposals: Develop tailored wedding proposals that meet the needs and expectations of each couple.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Venue Tours: Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients, demonstrating the venue's offerings and capabilities.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service to close deals effectively.
- Networking: Attend wedding expos, bridal shows, and industry events to generate leads and represent the company.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about wedding trends, competitor venues, and market conditions to strategically position the hotel/resort as a top wedding destination.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact before, during, and after the event.
- Please note that this role will also involve other social sales events.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in wedding or event sales, with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of wedding trends and the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client service.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events at various sales cycle stages.
- Proficiency in sales software.
