      LOOKING FOR PARENT/CHILD and PREK CLASS TEACHERS

      Need someone who is available at least TUESDAY & THURSDAY MORNINGS. Additional days are flexible and can be discussed based on your availability and our needs.

      We are seeking ACTIVE instructors who are FUN, have high-energy, happy, enthusiastic team-players to lead gymnastics activities and games for kids. No gymnastics experience necessary but must be willing to learn and be coachable. Must have high STAMINA and high ENTHUSIASM to move with the kids AND hold the kids through the gymnastic movements.

      MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD (i.e. kids coach, gymnastics instructor, classroom teacher, sports teacher, dance teacher, gymnast, cheer, sports, etc.)

      • Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
      • Actively teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!).
      • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experiences—our members are like family here.
      • Maintain a clean facility and contribute as a team player to get work done.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Conduct engaging gymnastics activities and games for children of various ages.
      • Spot and assist children during gymnastics movements to ensure safety and proper technique.
      • Build positive relationships with both children and parents, especially in parent-child classes.
      • Create a fun and supportive environment that encourages growth and development.
      • Maintain high stamina and enthusiasm while interacting with the kids.
      Qualifications:
      • Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
      • Excellent social skills and comfort interacting with parents.
      • High energy and a positive attitude.
      • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods.
