- Part time permanent Receptionist – Carlaw Park Student Village
- Saturday and Sunday 3pm – 11pm
- National Certificate of Educational Achievement Level 2 and/ or Vocational qualification in related subject
- Administrative role experience is essential and preference will be given to those with understanding of the tertiary education sector
- With knowledge and basic understanding of CRM and databases
- Excellent customer service with good public relations and communication skills
- Flexible employment practices (including working from home, flexible hours)

The University of Auckland’s Ngā Wharenoho – Accommodation department is growing. Our primary goal is to build and nurture a safe, supportive, enjoyable community for our student residents.
Join our team as a Weekend Receptionist supporting our students at Carlaw Park Student Village.Our Receptionist’s provide administrative and reception services for Accommodation and form part of the “face” of Accommodation for visiting students, families and key stakeholders. This role is customer focussed, as you will be our first point of contact for all our residents. Greeting and directing all resident enquiries and providing administrative support including check ins, logging building maintenance, courier and building deliveries. Equipment and supply ordering, handling incoming calls as appropriate, front desk management, reception support for resident events, liaising payment arrears and refunds with residents.
