      Join our team at Woodland Mound as a Welcome Booth Attendant. At Great Parks, our team members work together to preserve and protect natural resources and to provide outdoor recreation and education in order to enhance the quality of life for present and future generations.


      This part time position works various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are specifically looking for people to fill the 1.30 pm to 7pm shifts.

      This position will work in our Welcome Booth and complete motor vehicle permit sales. Lake Isabella is a fun environment with people who share a love for nature. Employees work collaboratively with each other to create a safe, clean, and enriching park.

      • Greets and serves customers to ensure satisfaction. Assists in selling motor vehicle permits out of the welcome booths.
      • Provides information about Woodland Mound and Great Parks to guests.
      • Operates Point of Sale system, receives money, issues change and receipt, and bags merchandise. Opens and closes cash till and prepares deposit.
      • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of welcome booths and work areas. Sweeps and mops floors, cleans windows, empties wastebaskets, etc.
      • Completes online and in-person training necessary to job duties.
      • Performs job duties in accordance with Great Parks policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
      • Maintains confidentiality of confidential and sensitive information.
      • Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and punctual attendance, with accountability and reliability a priority.

      Qualifications

      • Must be at least 18 years of age.
      • Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment as a condition of employment in compliance with Immigration Reform and Control Act requirements.

      License and Certification Requirements

      • State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License that meets Great Parks current carrier guidelines.
