      Job Title: Welder

      Job Description

      As a Weld Leader, you will be responsible for welding components for buildings and construction areas, utilizing Flux core .045 and MIG welding techniques. You will work closely with architects to incorporate their feedback and ensure high-quality standards using blueprints and quality tools. The role involves heavy steel welding and collaboration with experienced workers for training and development.

      Responsibilities

      • Perform Flux core .045 and MIG welding for building and construction components.
      • Utilize blueprints and quality tools to ensure precision and quality.
      • Collaborate with architects to receive feedback and implement necessary adjustments.
      • Engage in heavy steel welding and fabrication tasks.
      • Train with experienced workers to enhance skills and knowledge.

      Essential Skills

      • Proficiency in structural welding, MIG welding, and flux core welding.
      • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
      • Experience in fitting and fabrication.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience with TIG welding.
      • Demonstrated ability in fabrication and fitting tasks.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
