- Candidates will be working to weld and repair various large rotors.
- The role involves interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process.
- Complying with all safety regulations is essential.
- Weld and repair various materials.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
- Comply with all safety regulations.
- Grind various rotors after weld repairs.
- Travel to customer locations to assist with fieldwork as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Mastery of basic math skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in welding and/or fabrication or enrollment in a welding program.
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding.

- 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available!
- $20-30/hour+ based off of interview/weld test and previous work experience.
