  Job Title: Welder

  Job Description

  • Candidates will be working to weld and repair various large rotors.
  • The role involves interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process.
  • Complying with all safety regulations is essential.

  Responsibilities

  • Weld and repair various materials.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
  • Comply with all safety regulations.
  • Grind various rotors after weld repairs.
  • Travel to customer locations to assist with fieldwork as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
  • Mastery of basic math skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in welding and/or fabrication or enrollment in a welding program.
  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding.

  Pay

  • $20-30/hour+ based off of interview/weld test and previous work experience.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $58240.00/yr.
