Job Description

- Operate assigned equipment
- Comply with all safety rules
- Under moderate supervision, perform welding processes on alloys and assembles to required tolerances using welding metals & metal alloys
- Determines layouts, weld parts and assembles according to specifications
- Follows defined procedures and processes using various equipment in order to complete tasks
- Demonstrate understanding of processes and procedures
- Performs various welding procedures utilizing tools and meeting specifications with guidance
- Work on semi-routine tasks where judgement is required
- Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
- Inspect finished product
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2+ yrs of welding experience
- Ability to read inspection gauges, blueprints, weld symbols and possess intermediate computer skills
- Weld certification (AWS Spec D17.1)
- Vision Test Required
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- Ability to analyze information and concepts

- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will set up and operate machines used in the shaping and alteration of metal. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is ($55,000 - $83,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
Shift/Hours: This is a 2nd Shift role. Monday - Friday, 2:30p-11p.
