Job Description

- Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel.
- Conduct TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel.
- Prepare materials before welding and ensure quality and strength of welds.
- Read and interpret blueprints or welding symbols accurately.
- Operate welding machines and tools efficiently.
- Adhere to safety precautions and comply with OSHA regulations during welding.
- Work comfortably in various welding positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
- Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel materials.
- Ability to pass a math test involving simple adding/subtracting decimals and identifying measurements on a ruler in inches.
- Ability to pass a MIG/TIG weld test.
- Ability to work 50 hours per week.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- You must have your own welding helmet and gloves.
- 1st shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm // $20 - $26, based on experience
- 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 2:00am // $22 - $28, based on experience
Job Description
Join our dynamic welding team to contribute to the manufacturing of quality auto parts such as mufflers, silencers, exhaust tubes, thermal management tubing, and hydraulic and lubrication assemblies. We are seeking skilled welders to enhance our team and support our expansion across our 23 locations.

Work Environment
Work in a large, clean, and organized warehouse spanning 256,000 sq ft. Safety is our top priority, and welders are provided with their own booths equipped with snorkel systems to vacuum welding debris. All personal protective equipment is provided, though welders must bring their own helmet and gloves. Enjoy a supportive and safety-conscious work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
