Job Description
Join our team as a Welder where you will be responsible for MIG welding on steel components. You will be reading blueprints to assemble portable traffic signals, ensuring precision and quality in your work. While your primary focus will be welding, you may occasionally operate fabrication equipment like CNC machines and press brakes. With diverse product lines, you will enjoy variety in your tasks, adapting to different blueprints to meet customer specifications.

Work Environment
Work on the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional Saturday work to maintain work-life balance. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, t-shirt, and welding gloves. Join a growing team of about 30 employees, with recent expansion into a new building.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WATERLOO, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
