- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Fabricate and assemble components with accuracy and quality
- Inspect welds for strength, precision, and compliance
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area
- Experience in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) in industrial or structural settings
- Ability to pass weld tests and certifications (AWS, ASME preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and safety standards
- Familiarity with grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and fabrication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus
