About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Analyst position within Strategic Capital. This individual will work with senior members of the leadership team of Strategic Capital with the focus on marketing and data analytics. This role will have an initial focus on our new strategic relationship with Overland Advantage (our direct lending strategic relationship) and our other merchant banking activities within Strategic Capital.

In this role, you will:

Advance our data analytics tools and help with all types of data collection and reporting with a heavy emphasis on details related to our strategic relationship with Overland Advantage
Leverage existing systems to compile data and gather information to produce internal and external marketing materials, reports and other business specific needs
Develop and manage our digital marketing and social media resources
Assist in the execution of transactions including processing NDAs, facilitating document transfers, working with Overland professionals on various stage of deal activity and monitoring ongoing portfolio activity
This role will report directly to the Strategic Capital Group Head

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in Strategic Investment Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4 year degree in marketing, digital marketing, finance, data analytics or similar area of focus
Advanced skillset with PowerBI, Tableau, SalesForce and other analytics tools
Advanced skill sets working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Investor Relations experience
Solid understanding of finance, banking and/or private capital
Very organized and detail oriented
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong integrity, work ethic, and a team player.
High level of initiative and accountability
Ability to work independently or in teams and thrive in a fast paced, loosely-structured, entrepreneurial environment

Salary Band by Location:

Charlotte, NC- $84,000-$116,700

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
