      Job Description:

      What’s the role?

      This role is primarily responsible for the efficient completion of recurring routine Well Run inspection tasks for all wells and gathering systems in an assigned geographical area.

      You will be accountable for:

      • Efficient completion of scheduled Well Run tasks including:

        • MDS inspections

        • Asset inspections

        • Replenishment of consumable inventory

        • CM work inspections / work requests (as required)

        • Assigned optimisation / surveillance tasks

      • Execution of Equipment Care Tasks (ECTs) assigned to role.

      • Ensure safe operation of assigned well & gathering assets, maximizing Production and Well Availability. Ensure a strong focus on Operational Excellence, Maintenance Excellence and Production Optimisation initiatives within their geographic area of responsibility.

      • Undertake safe start-up, shutdown, and isolation of well sites (when required during periods of peak workload).

      • Complete well site surveillance and optimization tasks (including required PLC set point changes and observations) when tasks coincide with Well Run inspection.

      • Monitor workplace to mitigate hazards and take appropriate action to rectify any hazards found. Maintain a reporting culture that identifies and reports on non- compliance, promote Goal Zero behaviours.

      • Raise properly defined Corrective Maintenance work requests (as required). Basic troubleshooting of well site, hydraulic power units, gathering and communication systems issues.

      What we need from you

      • Demonstrated technical aptitude

      • Basic troubleshooting skills & experience with hydraulic power units, gathering and communication systems preferred

      • Operation of Process Plant Equipment

      • Operation of Gas Fired Engines, Hydraulic Motors and Pumps

      • Hydrocarbon handling safety principles and practices

      • Intermediate computing skills (including use of Microsoft Office, Maximo CMMS, Well tracker, etc.)

      • Strong commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.

      • Commitment to Safe Driving Behaviours.

      • Capable of working alone with minimal Supervision or assistance available.

      • Good verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

      • Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to Production Operations.

      • Ability to work in a team environment, supporting a diverse work force.

      • Willingness to learn and be open to change, promote continuous development within team

      Work Schedule is 15/13 roster. Incumbent may be required to move from normal hub location to other areas from time to time to support Upstream Activity (e.g., peak workload events, coverage of resourcing gaps etc.)
