  Im Rahmen Deines/Deiner auf sechs Monate angelegten Werkstudententätigkeit erhältst Du vielfältige Einblicke im Smart Manufacturing und unterstützt unser Team im Tagesgeschäft.

  Dabei übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsmaschinen

  • Einsatz von Smart Manufacturing & Industrie 4.0-Technologien und Anwendung innovativer Lösungen wie:
    • Augmented- und Virtual Reality (AR/VR)
    • Künstliche Intelligenz (KI)
    • Digitale Zwillinge
    • Fortschrittliche Automatisierung und Robotik

  • Erstellung und Anpassung von 2D- und 3D-Modellen
  • Durchführung digitaler Simulationen zur Optimierung von Abläufen, Effizienzsteigerung und frühzeitigen Fehlererkennung.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von maschinenbezogenen Projekten inklusive Prototypentests und Systemverifikation.
  • Unterstützung bei Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Projekten rund um Produktionsanlagen – für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Begleitung von Produktionslinien-Inbetriebnahmen.

  Es besteht die Möglichkeit, diese Tätigkeiten mit der Erstellung einer Abschlussarbeit zu verknüpfen.

  Deine Qualifikation:

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint), CAD-Software, Erfahrung mit Simulations-Software ist Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil)
  • Mit Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsgeschick verstärkst Du unser Team
