- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a 2-year college degree and 3+ years of related experience, or a 4-year degree with 1-2 years of experience, or a Culinary Degree with 1-2 years of experience.
- Applicable certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Extensive experience in restaurant, bar, and in-room dining management.
- Strong communication skills, ability to evaluate options quickly, work under pressure, and handle workplace problems effectively.
- Financial acumen including data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and payroll management.
- Knowledge of hotel organization, industry trends, and local competition.
- Organize, direct, supervise, and assist in food and beverage service, maintaining high standards and appealing presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all service and storage areas, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Oversee Outlet staff, service, and beverage operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
