- Prior experience using Microsoft Outlook and MS Power Point or relevant knowledge of the same.
- Advanced communication skills with an understanding of/experience offering excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal supervision as part of a team using established practices and policies.
- Prior experience providing administrative tasks, with ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
- Basic trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Previous experience or working knowledge of computers and audio-visual equipment.
Employment Type: 1x Permanent Full Time, 1x Temporary full time (up to 24/12/24), 1x Temporary part time (up to 20/12/24)
Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 2
Remuneration: $61,879.91 - $63,932.61 per annum / $31.20 - $32.24 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
WECC is an education partnership between Western Sydney Local Health District and University of Sydney. It is a key facility for education, training and research within the Westmead precinct.
WECC facilities are available for all university and Western Sydney Local Health District staff and students participating in education, training and research activities. It is also available to external patrons. The facilities need to be booked for events. This position provides concierge services functioning of The Westmead Education and Conference Centre (WECC). Working in this role requires flexibility regarding hours. Start and end times can vary, but will be between 6.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.People with disabilities who meet the selection criteria are encouraged to apply; and where required, WSLHD will implement reasonable adjustment consistent with industry standard.
