What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of leaders within the Workforce Optimization (WFO) Department
- Ensure the team achieves performance goals and meets project timelines
- Provide monthly performance measurements and evaluations for the team
- Assist with the development of innovation initiatives and ensure accurate process documentation
- Serve as first line escalation resolution for team concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience
- 6+ years of direct experience in workforce management and analytics in a call center environment
- Experience working with different WFM platforms and ACD technology
- Understanding of core WFM concepts such as forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management
- IVR experience and data analysis skills
- Project management experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to write reports, presentations, and work instructions/SOPs
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings and present in front of groups
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
