      WHEELCHAIR DRIVER

      Starting at $15.00 / hour with credit given for experience

      We’re hiring full-time Wheelchair Drivers who will transport and deliver high-quality customer service to patients. This is a customer service medical transport position.

      Responsibilities:

      • Utilize maps to locate hospitals, medical facilities, and patient home addresses.
      • Ability to use standard radio codes to communicate with the communications center.
      • Complete daily trip sheet recording transport activity.
      • Ensure company vehicle is maintained and presentable.
      • Responsible for completing mechanical checklist for vehicle at the start of each shift.
      • Communicate mechanical problems to fleet department if/when vehicle is not in working order.
      • Adhere to HIPAA regulations, all company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
      • Know and follow information systems security policies and procedures.

      Minimum Required Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
      • State driver's license.
      • CPR/AED/First Aid certification or willing to complete CPR/AED/First Aid training upon hire.
      • Successful completion of company driver’s training.
