What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with various stakeholders to secure funding, develop partnerships, and plan new restoration projects
- Manage project implementation, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
- Complete permitting requirements for projects
- Work with grant accountant for invoicing and grant reports
- Foster positive relationships with landowners and stakeholders
- Attend meetings relevant to the organization's mission
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a water resource related field
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in natural resource project management
- Experience with stream restoration and coldwater habitat preferred
- Construction experience, including contractor supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and GIS software
- Willingness to travel to remote areas

- Knowledge and experience in coldwater habitat and fish passage improvements
- Grant writing and fundraising experience
