What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with a diverse network of wholesale customers and operators to maximize profitability
- Implement marketing plans and develop/maintain fuels pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with environmental and government regulatory requirements
- Act as a liaison between internal support teams and oversee company-owned asset operations
- Mentor and develop Wholesale Business Specialists
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in sales, account management, and/or wholesale fuels
- Strong analytical decision-making abilities
- Team leadership, coaching, and project management skills
- Preferred experience with Salesforce and retail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth fuel industry knowledge
- Previous experience in retail operations
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships
