      • Delivering Ford parts (eg: Ford, Motorcraft, Omnicraft) wholesale sales growth within their assigned territory.
      • Assume primary responsibility of account relationship for the purpose of implementing FCSD sales and marketing efforts.
      • Act as interface between internal company components (eg: Marketing, PS&L) and end customers to ensure alignment of overall objectives.

      This role will be hybrid out of our Washington, D.C. office!

      Qualifications

      • Field sales and marketing experience - 2 years service contact zone manager experience
      • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
      • Highly-motivated, self-starting individual with a drive for results
      • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
      • Familiarity with parts marketing tools and platforms; proven success record utilizing tools to improve sales performance
      • Strong business acumen in Dealer and Distributor operations
      • Competent working with all leadership levels within FCSD and with Dealer / Distributor councils
      • Strong financial acumen
      • Project management skills
      • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to present in large group settings
      • Strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

      Responsibilities

      • Act as primary contact with certified dealer parts wholesalers to ensure alignment on delivering FCSD Wholesale Sales Objectives and executing key initiatives.
      • Provide assistance to address product and fulfillment service performance levels to Ford Parts Customers (i.e. Independent Repair Facilities, Fleet Service Facilities, Body Shop Facilities and other key customers).
      • Provide assistance with wholesale related questions and support including but not limited to Ford, Omnicraft and Motorcraft wholesale (i.e. WINS, PSN, Rapid, e-commerce). Ensure accountability and adherence to policy.
      • Provide ongoing support for wholesale training and new product launches.
      • Lead on cascading and engagement of variable Contest and Incentive Programs. Provide regular communications to launch and provide status on contest and incentive programs.
      • Support Market Area Management with the development and execution of Market Area Based programs and initiatives.
      • Collaborate and communicate effectively with business partners, colleagues, vendor partners and the leadership team.
      • Coordinate marketing and sales efforts with key partners including OEC Feet on the Street and other supporting personnel
