- Manage and design project plans for complex lab projects for the Lab Network Services/Operations Teams
- Track project outcomes and processes to ensure that they are repeatable and sustainable in the future.
- Develop and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project professional and/or Excel.
- Deploy and implement standard processes through use of work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Proactively identify and resolve project/team-related issues.
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to change effectively.
- Work closely with lab managers and operations directors
- Communicate and partner with senior leadership (VP and above)
- Regularly attend and participate in team meetings and joint commercial/customer calls.
- Escalate unresolved or urgent business issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience managing medium to complex projects, preferably in manufacturing, distribution and/or supply chain environments
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in creating project plans, timely execution, and within budget
- Ability to understand and manage risks
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Project Systems

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Sr. Project Manager will use their project management expertise and strong communication skills to take on a variety of complex projects regarding processes, operations, and transformations. The Sr. Project Manager will execute these processes, manage expectations, problem solve, and establish priorities effectively.
