  Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM-4:00PM, Saturdays as needed

  ABC Supply, the nation’s largest distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a motivated Window Service Technician / Non CDL Driver to join its team. In this role, you will transport, remove and replace broken windows and screens. As well as ensuring the safety of each delivery from the moment you leave the facility until you have completed each job.

  Specific duties may include:

  • Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions

  • Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies

  • Performing window, glass and screen repairs on jobsites (reglazing, fixing locks, etc.)

  • Checking windows for functionality and making adjustments as needed

  • Installing screens, changing broken glass units and miscellaneous parts

  • Answering telephones and entering sales orders

  • Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account

  • Completing a thorough load check on your truck before leaving the branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured and all parts of your truck are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

  • Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

  • Responsibilities may include warehouse work, including loading and unloading of materials on to or off of trucks or into warehouse as assigned
    

  Specific qualifications include:

  • Valid Driver’s License and Medical Card is required

  • Window installation or service experience preferred

  • Experience in glass / window repair is preferred, but not required

  • The ability to lift 75-100 pounds

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Positive attitude and team player

  • Detail and service-oriented

  Pay Rate Information:
  $24 - $34 per hour. Based on experience and qualifications.
