      Job Description:
      Responsibilities
      • Manage and administer Active Directory domains, including user account creation, group management, OU structure, and replication monitoring.
      • Develop, implement, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies, system configurations, and compliance requirements.
      • Monitor and troubleshoot AD and GPO issues, ensuring high availability and performance of the AD environment.
      • Perform regular audits and assessments of AD and GPO configurations to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
      • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement AD-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and integrations with other systems.
      • Provide L3 support for complex AD and GPO issues, working closely with L1 and L2 support teams to resolve escalated incidents and service requests.
      • Maintain documentation of AD and GPO processes, procedures, and configurations.
      • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to AD and GPO management, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
      Active Directory & Server Administration:
      • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and domain controllers.
      • Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022).
      • Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for server and workstation configurations.
      • Monitor AD replication, authentication, and trust relationships.
      • Perform patching, upgrades, and backup of AD infrastructure.
      Workstation & Endpoint Management:
      • Deploy and manage Windows workstation policies via GPO.
      • Support user profile management, login scripts, and desktop configurations.
      • Troubleshoot login issues, network drive mappings, and access permissions.
      • Collaborate with desktop support teams to ensure consistent endpoint configurations.
      Automation & Security:
      • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
      • Enforce security policies, access controls, and compliance standards.
      • Assist in identity lifecycle management and privileged access control.

      Qualifications and Skills
      Education:
      • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
      • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, MCSE) are advantageous.
      Experience:
      • Proven experience in Windows Active Directory and Group Policy administration, with a thorough understanding of AD architecture, GPO management, and related technologies.
      • Experience in managing and troubleshooting complex AD environments in large-scale enterprise settings.
      • Hands-on experience with AD migrations, upgrades, and integrations with other systems (e.g., Azure AD, Office 365).
      Technical Proficiency:
      • Strong technical skills with experience in network administration, system administration, and IT service management.
      • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating AD and GPO tasks.
      • Familiarity with related technologies such as DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
      Leadership:
      • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating IT teams.
      Problem-Solving:
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
      Communication:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      Project Management:
      • Experience in managing IT projects, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
      Adaptability:
      • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements, with a continuous learning mindset.
