What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, Install, upgrade, patch and configure Windows systems
- Work with HP hardware and SAN configurations
- Configure network interface controller teaming and Mellanox NICs
- Monitor systems daily to limit downtime and address issues
- Perform system maintenance tasks and address vulnerabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in information technology or related field
- 10 years of experience in IT, additional relevant experience can be substituted for education
- Public Trust eligibility
- 5 years of Microsoft server administration experience, with 3 years in a healthcare setting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITILv3 certification is highly desired
- Working knowledge of ITIL's Incident, Service, and Change management methodologies
- Active VA Public Trust
