Job Description
- Req#: WINEA005878
- Greet and interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Be responsible for sales, tastings, tours, and experiences
- Promote all new wine releases, upcoming events/promotions, and Wine Club Membership
- Maintain merchandising, organization, and cleanliness of the winery
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- B.C. Serving it Right Certification
- Previous guest service experience
- Must be energetic, engaging, and authentic
- Passionate about building a career in the wine industry
- Meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weight up to 40lbs
- Able to work weekends, holidays, evenings (Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday)
- Previous wine education is an asset
