      Job Title: Wintel Integrator

      Location – Stevenage – office based role

      Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation.

      We are looking for a Wintel Integrator with Microsoft skills to support projects as the business grows. Your tasks will include planning, regulating, testing, and often maintaining computer operations. Producing processes, writing and documenting procedures, providing technical support and new solutions. You will require good communication skills and comfortable working with various support teams to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.

      The successful applicant may also engage in projects further afield from time to time. You will need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying the customers’ needs and ensure they are met whilst working within your agreed support role. Some of the key tasks and core skills are outlined below but you may also be involved with other work as directed and be expected to play your part in contributing to the team’s ability to meet target Milestones, SLA’s and KPI’s. You will be expected to work within a team of engineers at differing experience, knowledge & skillset. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

      Your experience:

      Good understanding of IT support, team working, good communicator. General knowledge of Microsoft technologies is required to meet the role expectations:

      • Windows Server 2022 • Active Directory (AD) • AD GPOs

      • SCOM • WSUS • MECM

      • SQL Server • Microsoft Exchange • Skype for Business

      • PowerShell scripting

      Desirable skills include:

      • VMware vSphere • VMware vSAN • RSA SecurID

      • Ansible • Blackberry UEM • Trellix ePO

      • PKI • HP OneView • GitLab

      • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

      • RHEL Satellite • Cohesity Backup

      For this role there is a requirement to be eligible to obtain high level clearance.
