Job Description
- Req#: 16670
- To support product delivery (JIT) by verifying Maverick lots including but not limit to VI screening, monitoring, lot verification, lot traceability, etc.
- To perform traceability pertaining to internal process for containment & book start/end due to quality issue.
- To train direct operators supporting process team in term of performing verification of defect, supporting product delivery (JIT) by verifying Maverick lots.
- To perform the MSA (GR&R, Bias & Linearity, Short & Long term Stability) on Dage SPC, Thermo & 3rd Opt machines per WI.
- To support engineering evals for Quality issues / yield improvement / cost reduction project.
- To support, monitor, data collection for new product introduction during Q1~Q5 period, follow RACI guideline related to material change.
- Others tasks as per assigned by Engineer, examples recipes setup & proliferation, data collection, golden samples/rel samples / FA samples preparation & submission.
- minimum SPM/Diploma certification.
- minimum 3 years of relavant working experience.
- Plasma, Wire Bond, Backside Tape.
- Basic knowledge in Plasma / Wire Bond / Backside Tape process & equipment operation.
