- Req#: 452490
- Fabricating automotive electrical wire harness assemblies.
- Vehicle installation of wire harnesses and overlays.
- Work from schematics, diagrams, drawings, written and verbal descriptions.
- General labor around facility & other tasks as assigned.
- Fabricating prototype automotive wire harnesses assemblies, including soldering and crimping. (20-30 minute on-site harness fabrication test will be part of the interview process)
- Able to read automotive vehicle and component electrical schematics.
- Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, diagrams, and instructions.
- Familiar with oscilloscopes and digital voltage ohmmeters.
- Career experience in the heavy truck/automotive industry.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.

Kett Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a wire harness fabrication product development associate to work in an advance automotive technology research & development facility in Elmendorf, Texas. The ideal candidate will report to the site Chief Engineer and support vehicle builds and validation activities of products which includes heavy-duty trucks and school buses. Current openings for 1st shift applicants.
1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm
