Job Description
- Req#: 260135
- Complete daily inspections of finished wire harnesses prior to shipment to ensure goals of 99.86% accuracy is being met
- Provide primary testing of harnesses
- Perform inspection of first article and first piece inspections
- Aid in the trouble shooting of wire harness assemblies
- Follow compliance of AS9100 documentation requirements as applied to the wire harness production.
- Assist in the implementation and compliance of quality department initiatives, programs, policies, and goals.
- Contribute in additional quality responsibilities as needed
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Mechanical aptitude and abilities preferred
- Experience with basic test equipment preferred
- Highly organized with ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Must have a positive attidue with customer appreciation mentality
- Ability to lift 40 lbs on regular basis
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the manufacturing production of wire harnesses with primary emphasis being the inspection and quality control of completed wire harnesses.
Hours: Monday through Thursday (3:30PM - 2AM)
